12-month contract with potential extensions. Starts part-time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours after the first 2–3 months. Hourly rate: $80-$90/hr (T4A).
What they’re looking for:- 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
- Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
- Strong background in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
Support a large enterprise environment as part of Insight Global, focusing on configuring and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams, and contribute to ongoing system improvements and releases.
