Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing analysis of HR system needs

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for HRIS

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or certification in related fields
• Minimum of 5 years in HR, especially as an Analyst
• Skills in project management and requirements gathering
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem resolution
