Your role will involve troubleshooting complex network issues and technical support services.
Directly reporting to the Tier 2 Technical Support Supervisor, you will play a key role in assisting commercial customers. This position demands expertise with Cisco IOS/XR/XE and VOIP services, enabling you to drive effective solutions. You will engage collaboratively with teams while addressing technical escalations and customer needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot customer-facing network infrastructures and LANs
• Support various network services including DDoS and Internet setups
• Identify patterns for escalation and perform deep technical support
• Collaborate with Tier 1 Representatives for resolution
• Keep abreast of industry advancements and practices
Requirements:
• Proficient in OSI model and routed protocols
• Familiarity with subnetting and IP allocation methods
• Understanding of voice network delivery is beneficial
• Bilingual French/English preferred
• Availability for all shifts, including 24/7 coverage
