The Senior Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions y work on customer projects, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to provide outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Senior Consultant will be well‑versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint.

You will report to the IGA Practice leader.

• Work as part of a high‑end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management.
• Help gather business and technical requirements from the customer, and provide input to functional and technical design.
• Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer’s requirements and performs the required designs.
• Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation documents, test plans, and run books; assist pre‑sales activities such as developing client‑focused proposals and running technical PoCs.
• Work with the project manager and engagement manager to align within budget and with high‑quality outcomes.
• Identify customer opportunities.
• Help create customer relationships with technical partners.
• Share best practices with team members to enhance the IAM Center of Excellence.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SailPoint ISC / IDN.
• Implementation, installation, and configuration of SailPoint solutions.
• Experience in JML certification and provisioning.
• Development of lifecycle workflows.
• Onboarding applications with automated provisioning.
• Configuration of reports and dashboards.
• Experience with RBAC and Access Reviews.
• Database experience (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Java, Bean Shell, and Power Shell.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and application servers.
• Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• SailPoint ISC Engineer Certification.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 CAD + Bonus. This is a hybrid remote/in‑office role.
