In this permanent, full-time position, you’ll be at the forefront of SOCAN’s analytics function, managing both Data Analysts and Engineers. Your leadership will facilitate the alignment of data initiatives with business priorities, ensuring high-quality reporting solutions are available to influence strategic decisions. Your impact will extend across various teams as you champion data adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement analytics and reporting strategies

• Develop and lead a diverse team of analytics professionals

• Ensure timely delivery of actionable data insights

• Oversee the data ecosystem, focusing on performance and scalability

• Establish data governance and quality assurance protocols

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics

• 2+ years in people management

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analytics

• Experienced in cloud-based platforms like Databricks

• Strong leadership and project management skills
