Position: Float Hybrid Data Analyst Role
Join Float as a Data Analyst and influence business intelligence in our hybrid setting in Toronto. Design and govern essential reporting tools that empower decision-making.

In this strategic BI role, you'll connect data infrastructure with practical business applications, working closely with Finance, Rev Ops, and GTM teams. You'll be responsible for building dashboards and ensuring accurate metrics, translating complex business queries into comprehensible data outputs. Your work will shape how Float operates, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain core dashboards for business intelligence

• Collaborate with the Analytics Engineer on data modeling

• Leverage AI to streamline data analysis and create self-serve tools

• Manage Float's metric library and resolve discrepancies

• Support leadership with clear, actionable performance insights

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of BI or business analysis experience

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools

• Experience with dbt models preferred

• Capable of clear written communication

• Genuine curiosity for business operations
