Position: Business Systems Analyst for TCS

TCS is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts across Lines of Business (LOBs). You will analyze and document requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specifications, while ensuring end-to-end traceability. This role includes performing ASIS TOBE analysis and supporting solution design decisions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business and system requirements

• Translate needs into user stories and process flows

• Conduct gap assessments and support solution design

• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout project lifecycle

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Strong skills in stakeholder workshops and process modeling

• Familiarity with Agile Hybrid delivery models

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience in Insurance or BFSI environments
