Cybersecurity VP

Position: QuadReal Property Group Cybersecurity VP
Join Quad Real Property Group as Vice President of Cybersecurity in Toronto. Lead efforts to secure systems and data while managing risk and compliance across operations.

In this senior leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity program to safeguard Quad Real's assets and data integrity. Your skills in cyber operations and risk governance will drive enhancements in security practices that align with business objectives. Collaborate directly with the CTO and other stakeholders to foster seamless security integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define cybersecurity services and operational standards

• Oversee cyber risk assessments and remediation strategies

• Build robust security policies and governance practices

• Manage cyber incident resolution and escalated issues

• Mentor and develop the cybersecurity team’s capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or cybersecurity

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Minimum 5 years in management roles

• Proven expertise in cybersecurity operations

• Familiarity with compliance regulations
