Join BMO’s EPRE NACB DB Deployment & Support team and help power critical banking platforms across Payments, Settlements, Reporting, and Business Banking. This is your opportunity to work at enterprise scale while driving modernization through cloud, automation, and SRE practices.

• Own and optimize enterprise Oracle databases (performance, availability, security)
• Lead backup, recovery, and high‑availability strategies
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root cause resolution
• Partner with SRE, cloud, and application teams to deliver resilient solutions
• Enable transformation from on‑prem to cloud‑native data services

• Strong Oracle DBA expertise (performance tuning, HA, incident response)
• Automation mindset (Python, Bash, Ansible, CI/CD, Git)
• Experience with monitoring tools (OEM, Cloud Watch, Dynatrace)
• Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners

Experience: 5–7+ years | Relevant degree or equivalent
