Key Responsibilities:
• Develop machine learning models for real-world applications
• Partner with workforce and product teams for in-depth analysis
• Monitor and enhance deployed AI solutions for reliability
• Create insights from complex datasets to shape product direction
• Develop frameworks for benchmarking and engagement scoring
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in relevant fields preferred
• 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning
• Strong programming and analytical skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with production model deployment
• Effective communication and technical direction skills
