You will be responsible for managing Windows/Linux servers and providing essential Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various devices. This opportunity is ideal for those with a solid background in Active Directory, network fundamentals, and automation using Power Shell scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor hybrid IT infrastructure
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for attorneys and staff
• Manage user accounts and Active Directory policies
• Automate tasks and troubleshooting with Power Shell
• Collaborate on virtualization solutions using VMware/Hyper-V
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in systems administration
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and AWS
• Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for automation
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V technologies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
