You will drive the administration and optimization of learning management systems, ensuring compliance and data integrity. This position is pivotal in translating learning strategies into actionable insights through analytics and reporting. Engage with internal teams and external partners to support effective learning technologies for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise administration of LMS functions

• Troubleshoot and resolve learning technology issues

• Design and deliver analytical reports for learning outcomes

• Serve as liaison between HR and IT on learning technologies

• Guide stakeholders on best practices in learning administration

Requirements:

• Minimum six years of experience with LMS solutions

• Experience in migrating and enhancing learning technologies

• Expertise in data quality controls and reporting systems
