About the Position
We are seeking a Manager, BEES Reporting & AI Development to lead the evolution of reporting capabilities within BEES while building next-generation AI and agentic solutions across the Commercial Reporting team. (BEES is Labatt’s digital B2B ordering platform, connecting retailers and wholesalers with our portfolio in new and innovative ways.)

SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000+ (actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant).
BONUS: Target bonus $24,000; may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards. Variable compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan.
ResponsibilitiesBEES Reporting Ownership (~50%)- Own ongoing delivery and maintenance of BEES reporting solutions, ensuring stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Build and enhance Power BI and Excel reports to support evolving business needs.
- Drive adoption and usability through training, documentation, and user engagement.
- Manage backlog of enhancements and bug fixes, prioritizing based on business impact.
- Ensure data integrity and validation processes, maintaining trust in reporting outputs.
- Continuously optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Lead the development of AI-driven and agentic solutions to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and accelerate insight generation.
- Partner with Commercial Reporting team to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
- Define and contribute to the AI roadmap, aligning initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Evaluate and leverage modern AI tools and ecosystems such as Copilot, Databricks, LLM-based agents.
- Prototype and scale solutions that reduce manual work and improve decision speed.
- Act as a subject matter expert, building internal capability and raising AI fluency across the team.
- Collaborate with zone and global teams to stay aligned with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements across reporting and AI initiatives.
- Act as a key connector between business stakeholders, data teams, and technical partners.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in business analytics, reporting, or data-related roles within CPG or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with or implementing AI/automation solutions in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of modern AI and data ecosystems such as Copilot, Databricks, cloud data platforms, LLM-based tools.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
- Experience in data management, transformation, and validation processes.
- Proven ability to design intuitive, high-impact dashboards with strong UI/UX principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence across functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
