In this internship, you will work in Interac’s End User Services department, providing first-level support to both employees and contingent workers. You'll gain practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software while collaborating with other IT teams on technology initiatives. This internship will enhance your troubleshooting skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues
• Support the setup of user devices and workplace tech
• Conduct account management tasks efficiently
• Collaborate on applications and hardware initiatives
• Update and maintain process documentation regularly
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a related undergraduate degree program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure
• Customer service or tech support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
