Position: RSA Archer Developer Role - Hybrid Work
Enhance GRC initiatives as a RSA Archer Developer in a hybrid role based in Toronto. Your focus will be on application configuration, compliance, and process optimization.

We are looking for a hands-on Archer Developer with expertise in delivering high-quality configurations for enterprise GRC use cases. This role demands collaboration with stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into scalable solutions that not only meet regulatory compliance but also improve data integrity and user experience. You'll play a significant role in optimizing Archer applications and supporting testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on translating requirements into Archer configurations

• Enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience

• Configure Archer features such as workflows and DDEs

• Support testing phases and resolve defects during deployment

• Create and maintain detailed configuration documentation

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in Archer configuration

• Successful delivery in large GRC programs

• Agile or hybrid SDLC experience

• Preferred Archer Admin or Implementation Specialist certification

• Knowledge of SQL or API integrations with Archer
