In this hybrid position within the Technology & Compliance department, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and at least 4 years in AML technology.
Your role will include gathering requirements, designing solutions, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with AML compliance teams for requirements gathering
• Design functional specifications for AML-related systems
• Identify inefficiencies and propose system enhancements
• Conduct data analysis to improve system performance
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system workflows
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
• 4+ years in AML/financial crimes technology
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools
• Strong grasp of AML/BSA regulations and compliance
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
