We are searching for an experienced Middleware/Application Support Engineer with 8-10 years in the field. Your responsibilities will include managing production incidents, supporting application updates, and leveraging cloud services. The position demands proficiency with monitoring tools and collaboration with various stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely incident resolution and management
• Install and configure middleware applications
• Collaborate on technical solutions with stakeholders
• Monitor application performance with observability tools
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry requirements
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in application support and middleware administration
• Strong background with JBoss, IBM Web Sphere, Azure
• Familiarity with Service Now for IT operations
• Experience administering Linux, Unix, Windows systems
• Proficient in monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Leverage your knowledge in cloud technologies and application support to enhance our operational efficiency.
