This 12-month contract position is intended for professionals with significant experience in HR data analysis, especially in cloud-based systems. You will ensure seamless data migration, conduct gap analysis, and create robust reporting capabilities while training team members in Workday. Your expertise in R or Python will help advance HR analytics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define business needs and develop analytics capability
• Train teams on Workday reporting practices
• Conduct reviews for HR system integrity
• Recommend system enhancements and workflow efficiencies
• Manage governance for accurate reporting standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 7–10 years supporting HR data initiatives
• 3–5 years directly in HR Reporting and Analytics
• Experience with R, Python, and Workday Reporting
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
