Teragonia’s Value Creation & Analytics (VC&A) division bridges finance, consulting, and technology to support portfolio companies. We combine consulting rigor and AI to address complex challenges and enhance enterprise value through platform solutions and advisory. The Astradis platform provides real‑time intelligence through a function‑specific command center, combining structured and unstructured data via our Fibron AI layer. Our platform powers diagnostic dashboards, forecasting models, pricing tools, and operations modules, enabling clients to transition from reactive reporting to predictive strategy.

We are looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to join our team as an Analyst. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity‑backed company clients. You will assist in understanding their business needs and developing tailored analytics solutions.

• Support a team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions and be an active contributor to executing on engagement work
• Assist Engagement Managers and Associates in working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions
• Assist Engagement Managers and Associates in translating client‑communicated business needs into an exploratory data analysis program and lead team efforts to execute
• Assist analytics engineering teams in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex enterprise data models to help solve operational and financial business problems
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate complex analytics insights and recommendations to senior client executives, ensuring that findings are easy to understand and actionable by senior executives
• Make a concerted effort to begin to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
