Manager of Insider Threat Programs

As the Manager of Insider Threat Programs, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Scotiabank's response to insider risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of Insider Threat mitigation strategies

• Foster collaborative relationships across various departments

• Conduct trend analysis related to insider threats

• Prepare materials for the Insider Threat Tactical Working Group

• Maintain effective business controls in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in criminology, risk management or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in Insider Threat roles preferred

• Knowledge of various risk management frameworks required

• Strong analytical skills in crime and operational management

• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services
