Shape the future of product analytics at Restaurant Brands International as a Senior Manager. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing customer insights across Tim Hortons' digital platforms through analytics and experimentation.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will spearhead efforts in product analytics, work closely with diverse teams to execute KPIs, and analyze customer behavior. A strong analytical background combined with a focus on AI and operational effectiveness will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive product analytics across digital platforms
• Partner with Product teams to refine KPI measurement and experimentation
• Design dashboards for performance monitoring
• Provide actionable insights based on customer behavior trends
• Collaborate with engineering and design for comprehensive analysis
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in product or digital analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or similar
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience with A/B testing and digital guest experience methods
