Your role focuses on client onboarding and technical implementation.
Reporting to the Leader of Client Implementations, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of client projects lizing ITIL and project management best practices, you will work alongside various stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. This role combines technical knowledge with project management to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding of clients and implementation projects
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors
• Resolve escalated issues efficiently during delivery
• Support Client Solutions with product education for clients
• Report on project milestones and risks consistently
Requirements:
• 2+ years in analyst, operations, or support role
• Proven collaboration with internal and client teams
• Strong negotiation abilities and stakeholder focus
• Basic awareness of project delivery practices
• Knowledge of web technologies is a plus
