Transform the legal industry as a Senior Analyst of Customer Success Strategy at Clio, either remotely across Canada or in hub cities like Vancouver and Toronto. Drive strategic insights that impact Clio’s growth trajectory.
In this critical role within the Revenue Operations team, you will focus on refining the Financial Services go-to-market function to enhance billing and payment capabilities. An integral part of the team, you will analyze payment dynamics and actively support Customer Success, Implementation, and Support initiatives. Your expertise will significantly contribute to strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Payments Gross Processing Volume and conversion funnels
• Partner with GTM leaders to assess adoption programs
• Design and build data models for scalable analysis
• Collaborate with data teams to improve analytics accessibility
• Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical techniques
Requirements:
• 5+ years in GTM Strategy or Analytics, preferably in SaaS
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
• Experience with dbt, Databricks, and Python
• Strong understanding of payments business models
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
