Elevate technology processes at Aviso as a Technology Change Control Manager. Lead IT change strategies, ensure effective communication, and drive continuous improvement for client-focused solutions.
As a critical member of the Technology Operations & Support Partners Team, you will report to the Director of Service Delivery and Operational Governance. This managerial role focuses on enhancing the overall Technology Change Control process, facilitating change requests, managing critical application releases, and overseeing compliance with company policies. Your leadership will guide continuous process improvements aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the IT change control process and tools
• Manage IT changes to production environments
• Act as the central point of contact for change requests
• Create and review standard operating procedure documentation
• Document release and change policies for improvements
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Service Delivery and IT management
• 3+ years in a managerial role
• ITIL knowledge of Change and Release management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with technical teams
