As the key point of contact for MES implementation, this position requires expertise in systems coordination and digital manufacturing technologies. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of MES platforms, aiming for continuous improvement and compliance in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate phases of MES lifecycle and site governance
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout projects
• Capture business requirements and support process reengineering
• Oversee user training and readiness activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• 8+ years in MES or manufacturing technology roles
• Proven experience in cross-functional project management
• Knowledge of MES integration with automation systems
