Global Head of Digital Forensics

Position: Global Head of Digital Forensics - Scotiabank
Lead Scotiabank’s global Digital Forensic Services and eDiscovery operations. This role demands expertise in security and technology management to combat cybercrimes globally.

As the Director, Global Head, you will oversee the Digital Forensics teams across various regions, including Canada, Mexico, and Peru. You are responsible for governance of operational procedures and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Collaborate closely with Legal and Technology teams to manage digital evidence and enhance investigative methodologies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a customer-focused culture within your teams

• Lead Digital Forensics across North America and Latin America

• Develop operational policies for forensic lab and digital evidence

• Coordinate evidence strategies with Legal and Technology teams

• Assess cyber fraud threats and respond effectively

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields

• 10+ years in Security or IT

• 8+ years in people management

• Expertise in cyber fraud and digital forensics

• Knowledge of banking systems and insider threats
