Senior IT Product Manager at Marqeta

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain product vision and strategy for internal systems

• Lead demand management planning with business stakeholders

• Establish governance structures for BT-led initiatives

• Oversee QA and UAT processes for effective system rollouts

• Manage the complete software asset lifecycle to prevent shadow IT

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT/product management with 5+ in leadership

• Proven end-to-end product strategy for enterprise systems

• Strong SaaS governance and asset management knowledge

• Experience in defining Enterprise AI strategies

• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
