Position: Senior People Systems Analyst at OpenTable
Join Open Table as a Senior People Systems Analyst, where your expertise enhances HR processes and Workday functionalities. This hybrid role in Toronto emphasizes system design and data integrity across key HR modules.

As part of Open Table's global team, you’ll support and configure the Workday application. Expect to collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot system issues, and design solutions that elevate restaurant partner experiences. Your hands-on work will drive the efficiency of HR operations with a focus on Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support across Workday HR modules

• Monitor and resolve system issues promptly

• Collaborate with stakeholders for technical solutions

• Maintain documentation on system configurations

• Support data gathering and User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with Workday platforms

• Strong knowledge of Workday security features
