In this role, you will provide critical support for over five vision and measurement systems, troubleshooting and creating SOPs where necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders such as RME and ACES, while supporting deployments across North America, Europe, and further regions. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing operations and immediately resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve incoming support tickets with extensive troubleshooting
• Perform coding and maintenance tasks as required
• Support software deployment in staging and production environments
• Develop tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the engineering team to document knowledge bases
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of software development or technical support experience
• Proficient in scripting with modern programming languages
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical systems
• Experience in software development
Utilize your technical skills to enhance system uptime and streamline operations within Amazon Fulfillment Technologies.
