Exciting opening at Hitachi Rail for a Lab Support Analyst in Toronto, Ontario. This on-site role is focused on supporting lab environments and simulator systems through effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
In this Intermediate role, your expertise in electronics and hardware design will be crucial. You will work closely with the engineering team to maintain simulator functionality, diagnose issues quickly, and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Your collaboration will help enhance simulator operations and contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage simulator configurations and troubleshooting
• Support installation of OS and drivers on servers
• Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on simulators
• Calibrate tools and measure devices as needed
• Provide feedback for hardware design improvements
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• At least 1+ year hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of electronic systems and circuits
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with MS Office and software tools
