Experienced Salesforce QA Analyst

Dawn Info Tek Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join our hybrid team. This role focuses on executing test plans and ensuring software functionality for our esteemed clients in financial services.

This Salesforce QA Analyst position requires at least 5 years of QA testing experience, combined with expertise in Salesforce integration testing and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git. You will play a crucial role in planning testing strategies, creating reports, and monitoring bug resolutions to maintain software quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test plans and scripts based on project needs

• Plan test schedules and strategies for timely deliverables

• Produce detailed dashboards and reports for sprints

• Document and analyze issues related to program functionality

• Track testing progress and monitor bug resolution efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of QA testing experience

• Experience in Salesforce integration testing

• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git

• Experience managing test plans via JIRA plugins

• Strong grasp of QA methodologies and standards
