Elevate support management for 13,000 enterprise customers as a Senior Support Systems Administrator with Maintain
X. Lead the technical operations that connect our diverse support tools and enhance resilience.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Zendesk ecosystem and the middleware layer linking our tools such as Intercom and Zapier. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding the support stack through disaster recovery planning and rigorous QA processes. With a focus on automation and documentation, you will ensure that every ticket is efficiently handled while providing clear insights through powerful dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize the Zendesk routing and automations
• Build reliable integrations across support tools
• Design and execute QA test plans and UAT
• Establish disaster recovery protocols and backups
• Maintain detailed, version-controlled technical documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Support Operations or Systems Analysis
• Deep experience in Zendesk, JSON, and Java Script
• Proven discipline in QA and test plan creation
• Strong documentation skills for technical teams
• Experience with disaster recovery strategies
