Our Client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to design and deliver intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Translate user needs, research findings, and business requirements into practical design solutions.
- Apply iterative, user-centered design practices based on testing, feedback, and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate design workshops, co-creation sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and team reviews.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusive design standards, including AODA/WCAG
. - Prepare and present research findings, design recommendations, and UX artifacts.
- Support implementation teams with clear design specifications, assets, and documentation.
- Strong UX/UI design experience across web, mobile, and digital services.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps.
- Strong user-centered design approach with usability testing and feedback-driven iteration.
- Experience with Ontario Design System (ODS).
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Ability to analyze user behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro
, or similar tools. - Strong facilitation skills with business, technical, and stakeholder teams.
- Ability to build consensus and clearly communicate design decisions.
- Strong knowledge of AODA/WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
. - Prior OPS / public sector experience.
