As a UX Research Manager, you'll guide a talented team of UX Researchers to ensure an impactful digital experience across CTC’s brands. You’ll leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform designs and strategies for eCommerce and mobile applications. This role demands expertise in user research techniques and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of UX Researchers
• Conduct generative and evaluative research for digital products
• Develop comprehensive research plans aligning with business goals
• Present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Utilize AI tools to optimize research processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field
• 10+ years of digital experience research
• 3+ years managing UX Research teams
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
• Strong presentation skills and ability to share insights
