Intact is seeking an Operational Intelligence Expert to enhance operational practices within the Technology sector. This senior role requires 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Operations, Data/Analytics, or Operational Intelligence. You'll oversee the Technology Operating Model, enforce compliance, and drive improvements in IT performance and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set standards and compliance mechanisms for operational governance
• Architect unified telemetry pipelines across diverse signal types
• Modernize documentation with taxonomy controls and operational maps
• Deploy Generative AI for proactive insights and analysis
• Build partnerships with business leaders and facilitate training sessions
Requirements:
• 8 to 12 years in Operational Intelligence or IT Operations
• Experience with data pipelines and analytics tools
• Proficiency in SQL and a programming language
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bilingualism required for candidates in Quebec
