Technology and Innovation - Project Manager; NetSuite

Riveron is seeking an experienced Net Suite Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Net Suite ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, deep understanding of Net Suite ERP, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive business transformation and operational excellence.

• Lead end‑to‑end Net Suite implementation, upgrade, optimization, and integration projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage project scope, deliverables, dependencies, and change requests.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, Net Suite consultants, developers, vendors, and executive leadership.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective actions.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.

• Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go‑live activities.

• Manage post‑implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive adoption of Net Suite functionality across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, CRM, and related business functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP implementations.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Net Suite projects.

• Strong knowledge of Net Suite ERP modules and business processes.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
