Senior Manager, Strategic Enablement

The Senior Manager, Strategic Enablement leads the enablement of Canada P&BB data, analytics, and AI capabilities, collaborating closely with business architecture and technology teams to keep all initiatives aligned with target-state goals. This role also delivers new capabilities in partnership with Technology teams for Data and Analytics teams.

• Data Use Case Enablement
  • Partner with Product Owners and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver data and analytics use cases.
  • Translate business problems into implementation-ready solutions (workflows, data requirements, models, controls).
  • Lead implementation of Data & Analytics platforms, including analytics platforms, data engineering foundations, and change‑management for modernization efforts.
  • Ensure use cases align with business capabilities, architecture, and strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutions to accelerate use‑case delivery and scalability.
• Architecture & Roadmap Alignment
  • Partner with Business Architecture to align initiatives to the capability roadmap and target architecture.
  • Ensure technology selections and implementation approaches support long‑term strategy and scalability.
  • Provide feedback into the roadmap based on delivery insights and technical feasibility.
• Cloud & Technology Delivery (AWS / Azure)
  • Collaborate with platform, engineering, and other teams to design and build robust Data & Analytics environments.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and cloud strategies.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work across business, data, and engineering teams to deliver production‑ready outcomes.
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements (e.g., SLAs, data freshness, controls, auditability).
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout delivery.

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in AI or analytics delivery.
• Strong hands‑on Python/PySpark development for production.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure ecosystems.
• Proven ability to deliver production Data or AI solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.

Salary: $94,600.00 – $ (Salaried). Total compensation may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits such as health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
