Key Responsibilities:

• Create priorities with Commercial and Medical teams

• Drive local delivery of digital customer experience

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards

• Champion AI innovations and knowledge sharing

• Build and lead a high-performing DD&T team

Requirements:

• 12+ years in digital, data, or technology leadership

• Experience in pharma or closely regulated industries

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Familiarity with analytics and technology delivery practices

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
