This role emphasizes operational oversight for cloud services, enterprise applications, and healthcare system integrations. Candidates should ideally possess extensive experience in technical support and system integrations to help maintain clinical, financial, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for SaaS application integrations
• Monitor data flows and resolve integration issues
• Conduct root-cause analysis for integration failures
• Document workflows and operational procedures
• Manage incidents through Service Now
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support
• Hands-on experience with enterprise and healthcare integrations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs
• Must be available for on-call support
