This hybrid position emphasizes managing application support daily across teams and environments. We are looking for a seasoned Pega Operations & Support Lead with over 10 years of IT experience. You will leverage at least 5 years of leadership skills in Pega Operations to ensure stability and performance.

Your role will include driving continuous service improvements while establishing governance and best practices.

Requirements

Over 10 years of IT experience
