Position: Technical Advisor for Microsoft 365 Deployment
Join Softchoice as a Technical Advisor, guiding customers in deploying Microsoft 365 licensing through expert advice and support. Focus on utilizing Microsoft best practices and resources for optimal deployment success.

In this customer-facing role, you will deliver influential guidance on Microsoft 365 and its components like Copilot. Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge in Intune, Active Directory, and cloud identity management. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on deployment guidance, promoting effective onboarding, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers remotely on Microsoft 365 deployment

• Provide hands-off technical planning and guidance

• Utilize deployment guides to assist customers effectively

• Collaborate with team members and Fast Track SMEs

• Attend community calls for resource updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 2-4 years' support experience

• 2+ years' experience with Intune and Office 365

• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD

• Familiarity with Microsoft communications systems

• Microsoft certifications are a plus
