As a pivotal Manager reporting to the Director of SAM Governance & Tech, you will execute remediation efforts for unauthorized software, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. This role requires enhancing remediation timelines and maintaining visibility across cases while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute remediation within defined SLAs for unauthorized software
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of all software cases
• Enforce compliance controls and processes effectively
• Improve data integrity across discovery tools actively
• Provide detailed reporting on remediated cases
Requirements:
• Experience in Software Asset Management or IT Service Management
• Proven collaboration skills with technical teams
• Proficiency in Service Now for incident tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with endpoint and discovery tools
• Understanding of software compliance frameworks
