NOC Specialist

Position: Beanfield NOC Specialist Role

The NOC Specialist will manage daily operations of Beanfield’s wireless network and enterprise infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of the Manager of Network Operations Centre, collaborating with Network Engineering and Information Security teams. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and maintaining network performance while documenting procedures for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for network infrastructure

• Conduct wireless site surveys and optimize performance

• Manage port configurations and network protocols

• Address incidents with timely resolutions

• Contribute to technical documentation and process improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of network operations experience

• Experience in deploying and troubleshooting wireless networks

• Familiarity with Cisco and enterprise switching platforms

• Strong communication skills for technical documentation

• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CWNA) preferred
