Position Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy production Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Administer and integrate Databricks environments to support data processing and analytics workloads.
- Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform for automated deployment and management.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git Ops practices, Jenkins, and scripting for automation.
- Monitor and respond to production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring platform stability.
- Collaborate with security, risk, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and guardrails.
- Manage and contribute to JIRA tasks and participate in agile ceremonies including daily and weekly standups.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- 3+ years of experience working with Databricks.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
- 4+ years of experience with Git Ops, Jenkins, and scripting for automation.
- 2+ years of experience as a Windows Administrator.
- 2+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator.
- 1+ years of network administration or networking experience.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
- Experience with Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity management, and security controls.
- Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery implementation.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and operations.
- Experience working on data and analytics platforms.
- Strong documentation, communication, and knowledge‑sharing skills.
Referenced Salary
Location:
Toronto, Ontario. Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Salary range is expected to be between $ CAD – $ CAD. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
