Global IAM Director

Position: Global IAM Director at Scotiabank
Lead the Global IAM Directory Services as a Director at Scotiabank, focusing on Microsoft platforms. Drive operations and strategic alignment for security and identity services.

In this senior role, you will oversee Microsoft Active Directory, Entra , and Microsoft PKI platforms. As the head of Directory Services, you'll ensure availability, performance, and security aligned with enterprise standards. Your primary mission includes modernizing and improving the service while partnering with other teams for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete lifecycle for Microsoft Active Directory and Entra

• Ensure platform availability and security posture

• Lead the Directory Services team for operational excellence

• Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures and automation

• Partner with infrastructure teams to enhance monitoring and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10+ years technology experience, 5+ years in leadership

• Proven experience with Microsoft directory services

• Knowledge of IAM security platforms

• Spanish language skills are a plus
