• Collaborate with Contact Center leadership on operational strategies

• Support initiatives for chatbots and agent assists through analytics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics or BI roles

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data modeling

• Skilled in A/B testing and cohort analysis

• Experience with Python for analytical tasks
