Developer, IT Consultant, IT​/Tech

Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Developer to join our team at our Toronto Head Office. As the Developer you will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and internal IT team members to deliver scalable and effective solutions that support business operations. You will also:

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Yardi customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Develop and support Yardi Voyager reports using SQL, SSRS, and Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR).
• Design and maintain integrations between Yardi and other internal and external systems using APIs and ETL tools.
• Support data conversion, migration, validation, and testing activities for Yardi implementations and upgrades.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to support reporting and business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate Yardi-related projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
• Work with business users, vendors, consultants, and internal IT team to deliver solutions and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage releases, upgrades, patches, and regression testing activities.
• Provide second and third-level support for Yardi-related incidents and service requests.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, reports, integrations, business processes, and support procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Perform ongoing maintenance tasks and upgrades to key systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an acceptable equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL experience.
• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP or accounting systems.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager required.

Expected Salary Range: CAD $90,000 – $110,000
