Product Analyst at Caseware

As a Product Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams including Product, Design, and Engineering.

Your role is vital in defining success metrics and driving a metric-driven culture. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in product analytics, SQL, and experience with data lakehouse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product analytics from data pipeline to insights

• Conduct AI trace analysis using Langfuse and similar tools

• Build funnel analysis throughout the customer lifecycle

• Define and report on core product and revenue metrics

• Create dashboards and scalable reports in Power BI

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product or data analytics

• Strong SQL and Python skills

• Experience with data lakehouse platforms

• Familiarity with product analytics and BI tools

• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly
