Overview

Our consumer business client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to manage end-to-end pharmacy application projects within the healthcare and pharmacy technology domain.

Join a high-impact PMO delivering pharmacy and central pharmacy application enhancements within Canadas largest retail organization.

This role oversees projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment between business teams and technical stakeholders.

The work offers exposure to healthcare technology modernization across multiple pharmacy applications with visibility to business and IT leaders.

The assignment runs through mid-December, with potential for multi-year extensions.

Location:

North York or Brampton, 3 days per week (with some flexibility), 40 hours/week.

• Manage pharmacy technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate discovery, planning, and execution phases across all project streams.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and quality engineers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and risks to maintain delivery commitments.
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to align project outcomes with business goals.
• Report progress and escalations across leadership and PMO governance.

• 37 years managing end-to-end project delivery from discovery to deployment within application development initiatives.
• Proven ability to liaise across business, development, and quality engineering teams within a corporate matrix workplace.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management to translate technical progress into business narratives; go-getter personality.

• Exposure to project financial management or cost tracking.
• Experience leading pharmacy and healthcare application enhancement projects or related domains.
