Drive resilience at Scotiabank as a Senior Manager of Technology Scenario Testing in Toronto. Own the design and delivery of testing programs to enhance stability and reliability across technology services. In this critical role, you will leverage your experience to lead the bank’s resilience engineering efforts.
You will champion creative testing practices, support risk and hazard analysis, and facilitate scenario design. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll ensure effective communication and agreement on testing strategies to continuously improve service reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a resilience-driven engineering culture across teams
- Design and govern Technology Scenario Tests
- Analyze past incidents for testing improvement
- Develop, manage, and present KPIs and KRIs
- Act as primary facilitator for resilience testing exercises
- 7–10+ years in technology engineering roles
- Experience with SQL, Python, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with Process Hazard Analysis techniques
- Solid communication and leadership abilities
- Background in cloud platforms and resilience practices
